Following the John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation’s Public Call for one-year research projects for the year 2010, the deadline for proposal submission closed on 20/09. A total of 600 proposals were submitted in the following scientific fields: Social Sciences and Humanities, Science, Life Sciences.

The proposals will be evaluated by the Foundation’s Scientific Evaluation Committee, which has been set up for this specific purpose. The Foundation’s Executive Board, taking into consideration the above-mentioned evaluation, will proceed at its own discretion to select up to a total of 20 projects from the above fields. The number of research projects per scientific field to be funded will be set during the evaluation process. Results will be announced by November 16, 2009.

 

UPDATE

Following the Foundation's Public Call for one-year research projects for the year 2010, kindly be informed that the results will be posted on the Foundation's website by Friday, December 11th, 2009.
