The John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation would like to inform all undergraduate Scholars that they can prepare the supporting documents for the renewal of their scholarship.

More specifically:

  • Scholars who started receiving a scholarship before the 2011-2012 academic year will submit a certified transcript of records.
  • Scholars, who started receiving a scholarship in the 2011-2012 academic year, will submit a certified transcript of records and a recent tax return form regarding the family income and, if applicable, their personal income.

The documents must be submitted through the Scholarship Online System of the John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation, which will be activated in early November 2012 and will be accessible through the Foundation’s website.

All scholars will be informed via email about the details they must use in order to log into the system as well as about the submission process.

If a scholar fails to submit the documents, the scholarship is automatically suspended or discontinued, depending on the scholar’s performance during the previous year.

Submission deadline: Friday, 23 November 2012.
