Pedtrauma (Pediatric Trauma Care)

The John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation has, in the past, supported the activity of the association "Pediatric Trauma Care", by funding the creation of departments for Children’s Emergency Cases at the Evros General Hospital in Alexandroupoli as well as at the Rhodes General Hospital.

Continuing the tradition of providing equipment as a key contribution to public health, the Foundation responded positively to the request for new equipment from the Pediatric Clinics of the Leros and Samos hospitals, due to the increased needs that have arisen for primary care structures, as a result of greatly enlarged refugee flows. In 2016 the organisation established 6 Departments for Children’s Emergency Cases throughout Greece.
