Ολοκλήρωση Διεθνούς Θερινού Σχολείου 2011
3ο Διεθνές Σχολείο Ιδρύματος ΛάτσηΤο Θερινό Σχολείο πραγματοποιήθηκε σε συνεργασία με το ΤΕΙ Λαμίας από 4 έως 15 Ιουλίου 2011 στο Παλλάς Αθηνά στο Κεφαλάρι. Συνδιοργανωτές ήταν το Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης και τα Πανεπιστήμια της Φλωρεντίας, Ιταλία, και της Extremadura, Ισπανία. Συμμετείχαν 34 μεταπτυχιακοί φοιτητές, υποψήφιοι διδάκτορες και νέοι ερευνητές, οι οποίοι παρακολούθησαν τις διαλέξεις 27 εισηγητών σχετικά με την αγροδασοπονία. Εκτός από τις διαλέξεις, το πρόγραμμα περιλάμβανε και διήμερη εκπαιδευτική εκδρομή των συμμετεχόντων στο νομό Ηλείας.
Το Θερινό Σχολείο είχε σαν βασικό του στόχο να φέρει σε επαφή μεταπτυχιακούς φοιτητές, υποψήφιους διδάκτορες και νέους επιστήμονες, καθώς και εισηγητές, και να δημιουργηθεί ένα φόρουμ ανταλλαγής απόψεων, εμπειριών και πρακτικών σχετικά με την εφαρμογή των αγροδασικών συστημάτων στις διάφορες χώρες.
