Volunteer4Greece | 9th of March 2016
Volunteer4Greece is a non-profit organization whose primary aim is to establish channels of communication and cooperation between volunteer organizations in Greece and individuals wishing to donate their time, energy and skills. The organization was founded in 2013 and its online platform www.volunteer4greece.gr hosts nonprofit organization posts for volunteer positions, enabling existing and potential volunteers to search and select the volunteer experience that suits their interests.
Volunteer4Greece also organizes seminars and conferences for Civil Society Organizations.
So, on March 9, at the Titania Hotel, all those who are interested can attend a one-day “Volunteer Engagement” conference that will focus on best practices regarding the management and active participation of volunteers.
The John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation will participate in the day’s last panel discussion on “How foundations motivate NGOs to engage volunteers”.
