Results of the Open Call for 2010 Research Projects
The John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation has completed its evaluation process of the 604 proposals submitted in the context of the Foundation’s open call for one-year research projects for the year 2010 in the following fields:

1.2. Institutions, Values, Beliefs, and Behaviour
1.3. Environment and Society
1.4. The Human Mind and its Complexity
1.5. Cultures and Cultural Production
1.6. Study of the Human Past
2. Science
2.1. Computer Science and Informatics
2.2. Products and Process Engineering
2.3. Earth System Science
3. Life Sciences:
3.1. Diagnostic Tools, Therapies and Public Health
3.2. Evolutionary, Population and Environmental Biology
3.3. Applied Life Sciences and Biotechnology
Upon the recommendation of its Evaluation Committee, the Executive Board of the Foundation has approved the funding of twenty one (21) project proposals. Approximately 90 researchers from various universities and research institutions in Greece and abroad will participate in the research groups conducting the projects.
